Property info

In a unique position, 50 meters from the beautiful "La Pelosa" detached house of about 80 square meters with a beautiful view of the sea and 600 sq m of shared garden. The house is on one level with a living room with dining area, which opens onto the veranda with resin decorations, kitchenette, double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds and a recently renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house is ideal for 4 people but with the use of the sofa bed it can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. You will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If you do not receive the contract on time, you should contact the managing agency on the number provided on the booking confirmation. In case of damage done by an animal the amount of the damage will be assessed based on repair price. Check-in time is between 16:00 and 21:00. And that will be subject to an appointment being made with the receptionist. PET FRIENDLY 50,00 Eur Per stay (upon request).
